Homestay in King's Heath

I am a live-in landlady looking for a lodger - a responsible and tidy person who will treat the house as a home. I'm friendly and open, but not overbearing - you will have lots of privacy and autonomy.
The property: 3 bed terraced house with a newly-refurbished luxury bathroom. Pretty garden to enjoy during the warmer days. Located in Kings Heath, 20 minutes' walk from the High Street, some local shops on the doorstep. The super-frequent N50 bus route into the city centre is 15 minutes away.
The room: double room with a bed, large wardrobe, window-facing desk, bookshelves, bedside table. Plenty of space, neat homely furnishings and a nice view from the window. The area is very quiet - perfect for studying in peace.
Double glazed windows, gas central heating, fast broadband (Virgin).
All bills included. Short stays welcome.
